new command for ignore an user.

dear peoples,
you are already know the command for receive private or receive public qn's from other members.
here is now a new command for typing into the qn box after the / cymbol.
/ign user,
where user is the name from the member you want to be ignore.
but if you type /ign qn, then you give the computer the request for ignore all qn's from this user.
for example:
/ign everything, if an user is on your ignore list, this option let's you ignore qn's, pm's, person watch and so on.

this command does not exist so this will be a new command for you,
i know this already is an option you can select but it will be a toggling switch.
hopefullie i have now explain how this works.
